great location and the bottom floor has a private backyard which is awesome
we had constant rats/mice/bugs since it is the basement level, plus the management company was completely unresponsive, even when it was 20 degrees and we had no heat. I had to call 311 and report them before they did anything.
Fire the management company, renovate and clean the apartment properly
