The apartments are very big.
Everything is terrible. There are no garbage pails so you’re just expected to hold on to your garbage until garbage night. The backyard is littered with rats and stray cats. The apartments haven’t been properly updated since the 90’s.
Update your outdoor space, put some money back into your apartments. Dishwashers use less water then a running sink.
