Not a bad spot, management is pretty solid but should be better for price
Pros
- great location - super is responsive - appliances for the most part work
Cons
- one of two washing machines is broke and has not been replaced after many people have complained about it - can hear neighbors, first floor with backyard is quite loud for second floor tenants - have seen a few roaches on first floor/in stairwell, but not in my apartment - basement flooded after one of the bad rains in fall, but was cleaned up fairly quickly (2-3 days) - had some toilet and sink drainage issues
Advice to the owners
Replace the broken washing machine.
