    Used to be good, now insanely overpriced

    Pros:
    Beautiful apartments, good location
    Cons:
    New owner doubled everyone's rent, effectively evicting an entire building of people. Also no dishwasher or laundry
    Advice to owner:
    Don't double everyone's rent and constructively evict an entire building of people?
