Pretty good management all things considered, units are clean/well maintained for move in as well as the interior of the building.

Cons

Can occasionally be noisy, but it's expected for this neighborhood.

New owner doubled everyone's rent, effectively evicting an entire building of people. Also no dishwasher or laundry
