Pros:
Nice location, sunny units, nice finishes, management is quick to solve any issues, good square footage.
Cons:
Floors are paper thin. Very easy to hear neighbors. Outdoor staircase is very steep and dangerous when icy. Old building means insulation is weak and air-conditioning/heating bill can be very high.
Advice to owner:
If the second to the last step could be "shaved down" so it's not at an incline and just flat, it would be much safer. Its currently angled down which I believe was just poor craftsmanship by whoever made them.
