    Pros:
    Location, water pressure, quick access to management, nice views, large bathroom
    Cons:
    Older building so very hot or very cold, occasional pest, no elevator, noisy street, quality of building
    Advice to owner:
    Update walls and more frequent pest control

    Building mostly okay - Management not responsive

    Nice rooftop (though unfinished) and good location.
    Cons:
    Very low air quality (my walls and furniture turned black because no air filtration) and the super is not helpful at all. When asked to fix anything, management does not respond
