Older building so very hot or very cold, occasional pest, no elevator, noisy street, quality of building

Building mostly okay - Management not responsive

Pros

Nice rooftop (though unfinished) and good location.

Cons

Very low air quality (my walls and furniture turned black because no air filtration) and the super is not helpful at all. When asked to fix anything, management does not respond
