Great location, bad apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location in prime Williamsburg.
Cons:
First off living above a restaurant is not ideal. All the smells permeated the walls and smelt like rotten food everytime you walked in the building. Apt itself was in bad condition when we moved in and had to get renovations while living there. Apt flooded and ruined so many things while we were living there. Had to call 311 since the management was so unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Listen and respond to tenants in a timely manner.
