Great natural light, amazing location, balcony in living room and main bedroom.
Landlord does not keep the staircase clean, neighbors have old dogs that shed everywhere. The oven has not worked in 3 years and has never been fixed. Had a roach issue and landlord sent someone with bug spray... not a proper exterminator.
