Comfortable apartment for a couple

- Really responsive landlord and maintenance staff - Affordable for the location - Easy access to Williamsburg while being away from some of the madness - Quiet location with some windows being on a tree filled courtyard
Cons:
- Could hear the neighbors walking around above us at times - Very small bathroom but we could live with that

Really responsive, reasonably priced and rent raises. It was a great experience!
Cons:
It was a little loud through the walls - we could hear the neighbors in their bathroom when we were in our bedroom.

Close to the city.

Pushed and harassed all the low income people to move out.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the pest problem.

The only good landlord

Pros:
Quiet, clean, maintained building. Owner and super were extremely responsive. Preventative pest control came twice a month.
Cons:
My only con was that the landlord deducted quite a bit from our security deposit for minor issues (small holes/oven not meeting cleanliness standard).
