Comfortable apartment for a couple

Pros:
- Really responsive landlord and maintenance staff
- Affordable for the location
- Easy access to Williamsburg while being away from some of the madness
- Quiet location with some windows being on a tree filled courtyard
Cons:
- Could hear the neighbors walking around above us at times
- Very small bathroom but we could live with that

Pros:
Really responsive, reasonably priced and rent raises. It was a great experience!
Cons:
It was a little loud through the walls - we could hear the neighbors in their bathroom when we were in our bedroom.

This building is wack

Pros:
Close to the city.
Cons:
Pushed and harassed all the low income people to move out.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the pest problem.

The only good landlord

Pros:
Quiet, clean, maintained building. Owner and super were extremely responsive. Preventative pest control came twice a month.
Cons:
My only con was that the landlord deducted quite a bit from our security deposit for minor issues (small holes/oven not meeting cleanliness standard).
