Probably way overpriced now

Pros

Landlord keeps essentials running and will respond to issues with heat/water

Cons

Stairwell and entrance were never cleaned. Not once. No super or support staff on call. Landlord argumentative and irate if does not get his way. Will try to circumvent any law he can. Very cheap yet wants to charge for market value with out having same standards as other apartments in neighborhood. Has history of harassing tenants.
