management unresponsive, cheap building materials, walls paper thin, trucks sit outside and idle. hallways and entryway dirty and smell. avoid the elevator.

Looks nice but dirty and unresponsive

Pros

A/C and heat provided through a wall unit vs. A window unit and it worked well. Balconies available in most units. Proximity to JMZ is nice.

Cons

LL not responsive. Apt was not cleaned or even inspected before I moved in. The hallways and common areas smell horrible and are kept very dirty. No covid protocols either
