Apartment is nice, but building is out-dated
Pros
The apartment I have is nice, but you can definitely tell corners were cut in the renovation.
Cons
There's a lot of small issues that build up. For example, we have a basement but no access to it. It would be easy just to include a washer-dryer down there which would make everyone's lives easier. The apartment has a very outdated intercom system that barely functions, and it's hard to get packages especially nowadays. Also, the landlord never picks up the phone and there's no email to contact him either.
