Dark, loud and not well taken care of

Good location and super easy to get into the city as long as the m is running
Cons
Soooooo loud, dark, and gloomy. Even on the side of the building not near the train tracks the volume was unbearable, the Hewes stop is especially extra loud. Me and my cat were unhappy here, except for when he occasionally got to catch a roach. Yep, roaches and mice in the cupboards. The land lords are somewhat responsive but do the least they can to solve an issue. Packages and mail constantly got stolen, sometimes the dollar store would hold them but I learn to just not get things delivered to this address. Cherry on top here, the gas heat in the winter was super expensive, more than any apartment I’ve ever lived in.
