Maintenance requests are delayed or ignored. Issues are often claimed to be “fixed” when they aren’t. Walls in this building are extremely thin - you can hear everything. Heat is weak in winter and landlord doesn't fix it or maintain radiators. No heat in the hallways. Oh there's roaches too.

Pros

Heat was strong in winter. On a nice street with shops close.

Cons

Walls are extremely thin. If you ask the Landlord to fix anything, she will get defensive and argue. No Super. Roaches in the summer.

Advice to the owners

Just fix things that are broken without pushback. Add insulation btwn apartments...seriously you could hear neighbors brushing their teeth.
