Pros

Excellent building atmosphere with kind and quiet fellow tenants. Never had a single issue.

Cons

Bus traffic is an inevitable pain in the pass. Horrific waterbug infestation prior to moving out in 2019 that took far too much back and forth to be taken care of. Little to no yearly maintenance/updates of hallway.

This building could be great if more effort was put into it.
