Rental nightmare and dangerous

I was given a fake lease I did not know I signed by Proper Real Estate 6. Years ago. They hid number of occupants n where the boiler room was. Landlord caused a fire 2 years ago when building was infested and I was exposed to harmful chemicals and had co2 poisoning . Building was never registered to HPD until I complained to 311 bc my health was greatly affected and I was deeply concerned.

Advice to the owners

Tell the truth and don’t let someone live there for six years thinking it was normal and legal when he made fake ventilation and greatly affected my current lung condition during this pandemic. I also have been waiting a year for my security deposit back. Unacceptable.
