great spot. horrible landlord.
Pros
apartments are nicely sized for studio. location can’t be beat.
Cons
landlord is the worst landlord I’ve ever had while living in new york. her son also lives in the building and has harassed every single tenant repeatedly. the landlord and her son treat you like you are guests in their home it's wild. we've tried to communicate peacefully with them but they are miserable, miserable people.
Advice to the owners
you won't intimidate me out of my apartment! karma is a bitch.

worst landlord i’ve ever had
Pros
great location and layouts.
Cons
landlord does not speak or understand english and refuses to even try to accommodate tenants. her son has been taking over for her and he has anger management issues so bad as to have been inappropriate with several tenants.
