Superb location, nice light, charming details/molding

Absent slumlord owner, truly unpleasant property manager; unresponsive, spiteful, vindictive, resentful

OK repairs in a funky layout

Pros

Lots of closet and cabinet space. The kitchen has really nice light. Good bathroom size.

Cons

Too few outlets in the kitchen and a strange design with little counter space. The building manager was generally responsive but we had to fight to get the fridge fixed.
