Location. Nice size
Mold Rats Roaches Bedrooms are on a slant so make sure you get shims to level everything. Water leakage Not insulated (noisy, freezing in winter, hot in summer) Can feel every footstep and trains and cars going by. No response from management or super. Treated awfully.
