unit itself is nice

owner/landlord will disappear and become unresponsive. he was supposed to be here to let a repair tech in, but he went radio silent forcing me to interrupt a work meeting several times to deal with the tech as well as having to cancel plans to see a friend for the last time before i leave the country permanently. thinks it’s the tenants responsibility to deal with repairs and expects us to be available at all hours. will text you repeatedly at the crack of dawn and get mad when you don’t answer, but when he is supposed to be at your apartment, will not respond to texts or answer calls for hours. h
