A decent building
Pros
Responsive management company, very high ceilings, building looks nice on the outside (well maintained), relatively good building and trash management.
Cons
A few cockroaches in the comments areas in the summer. Management company can be difficult to communicate with, even though responsive, and will only address one portion of your email. They are also very inflexible on timing based on work schedules to send maintenance and expect someone to be home every day. Major rent increases each year and landlord suddenly decided not to repair or replace washer/dryer
