Great, clean building, professional landlord

Pros

Large and bright 'classic Greenpoint apartments. Large kitchen. Hallway is always clean. no issues in apartment; responsive, professional and kind landlord who lives in the building but keeps to himself, pets OK, landlord OK with having subletters

Cons

No issues with anything while living here (aside from having mice once) -- but Kingsland tends to be a bit noisy sometimes due to traffic
