brand new building (we were the first tenants to live in the unit) brand new appliances, w/d & dishwasher in unit, roof deck is nice in warmer weather
utility bills in the winter can be $500+, hallways are echo-y, had a problem with a leaking ceiling but maintenance was quick to fix
