A steal for the neighborhood!
Pros
Joe was a kind, responsive landlord. Building and apartment was well maintained. Nice spacious layout and optimal sound insulation (never heard anything from other neighbors). Quiet location and great sunlight on the higher floors.
Cons
Upstairs neighbor smoked which drifted through our bathroom vents sometimes. Packages were often stolen as they’re left on the sidewalk with no coverage. Had a few instances of strangers (crackheads?) trying to break into the apartment (walked into them trying to get in).
