Miss living there!

Pros

Owner is extremely nice, even helps us hang our TV, very attentive. The quality of the unit was phenomenal, and we really enjoyed our time renting there.

Cons

No dishwasher, which is a bummer.

Fred is the best landlord ever

Pros

Fred is an amazing landlord, I've lived in new york 12 years and never had a better one. He's super responsive, kind, and considerate. The building is in amazing condition.

Some of the units in the back of the building are a bit dark, but nothing too bad.
