Rats, mice, roaches, sagging stairs, poor ventilation, sinking floors, leaking sinks, broken shower doors, broken overhead lights, broken vents, deeply damaged floors, no screens on windows, no buzzers, no real mailboxes, aggressive landlord with no respect for your humanity who treats you like an employee who owes him money and treats rent payments like mob payoffs
