"Fake nice" building
Pros
Amazing location and outdoor space. Brand new appliances and w/d, dishwasher in unit. Marble counters and bathrooms
Cons
Hot water is finnicky. Been out for months or doesn't last for more than 10 minutes. Freezing during the winter, poor infrastructure. All electric, so utilities are up the wazoo despite these challenges. Fire alarms would go off all the time. Stairs are falling apart in the hallway. No matter how much we complain or the super puts in air purifiers or febreeze, the hallway persistently smells like smoke.
