The renovation of the unit was done so poorly. The lights were flickering from the day we moved in and asked the landlord multiple times to take a look at the electric. They returned to us saying theres no problem. Couple months later, THE APARTMENT CAUGHT ON FIRE. The building was unlivable, everyone had to evacuate. There was NO smoke alarm so we were only safe because our neighbors called FDNY. We almost died but the landlord didnt give a shit.
Advice to the owners
Dont ever rent from Blank Property Group. Your house is going to burn down and they will not Give. A. Fuck.
