rent was affordable in a prime location! landlord was very responsive and quick to fix any issues

older building, narrow staircase, mail and packages can't be delivered if no-one is home to let the mail/amazon/fedex person inside, outdated mini appliances

Great starter apartment for a group of friends, but please renovate

I liked the communal space. Very ideal for a landing pad for a group of friends to live together.

Cons

I wish the bathrooms were renovated and that there was a better system for taking out the trash, such as providing bins. Also, there were frequent leak incidents.
