Pretty alright, worth it for the price and location.
Pros
Great price for the area! High ceilings. Exposed fireplaces are nice, and easy access to laundromat and L station. Dishwasher is nice, good place to live in the grand scheme of things.
Cons
Terrible air flow, strange smell from vents sometimes. There was water damage from a leaking skylight in the stairwell that wasn’t fixed for ages. Shared space is quite dark because of no windows.there is a dog daycare right below and the dogs barking can be heard all day in back bedroom.
