everything. Pests (roaches, rats). Landlord is openly hostile and doesn't repair anything. When we asked, he kicked us out despite us having a lease. Pipes are broken and taped together, toilet doesn't work, floors have giant cracks everywhere, windows don't close properly. It's like living in a shack. And the landlord is literally terrible, he does not care about the building at all and refuses to do any repairs.
Advice to the owners
Get a lawyer because the list of laws you're breaking by renting out his building is quite literally MASSIVE
