Spacious, decent deal before the rent went up
Pros
Spacious, decently responsive land lord, got a great deal on rent the first year, 2 bathrooms is a big plus
Cons
Raised the rent by 30% to resign, the place is very old and scuffed up so it never looks clean, bathrooms get moldy because there is no ventilation, built in closets and falling apart. 3rd story apt gets way too hot in the winter with little ability to control it.
Advice to the owners
Kitchen and bathrooms could use major updates, and increased ventilation
