Renters approve of the building's owners
- good sized apartment - newer appliances, recently rennovated - neighborhood is friendly
- poor management (unresponsive or generally disrespectful when you raise concerns) - lied about providing a washer/dryer every year (never installed one despite saying it would be done soon) - bug/mouse problem and they just gave us sticky traps to use - next to the BQE (you can hear it) - 10-15 minute walk from the nearest train
