Windowless, dirty, and loud, but decent location

Pros

Location is decent. Equidistant from Graham L stop and Nassau G stop, though its a 10-minute walk at least from each. Rent price is good.

Cons

Located mere feet away from the BQE and any open windows will let black dust inside. The noise from it and Meeker below is constant. The owner didn't clean the entryway, the roof leaks, and the heating and cooling is semi-functional.
