Renters approve of the building's owners
Two story family home. Landlord is a delight, love chatting with him and catching up. The apartment is super quiet, very spacious, never had an issue at all.
The heat is a little low in the winter, so I did use a space heater on the coldest days. Also the neighbor likes to feed the pigeons, so just know there will be a LOT of pigeons flying around the backyard. My cats loved them though.
