Renters approve of the building's owners
The location was great! And there are only three units in the building so I got to know my neighbors.
We had an awful mouse infestation that lasted months. The exterminator came and said we needed to fill holes, but the handyman did an awful job and the infestation lasted much longer and got much worse than it should have.
