It’s in a great area a block from the L
The landlord is a fascist who doesn’t allow tenants to keep bicycles in their apartments, asks tenants to have only one guest over at a time, asks tenants to not have a guest past 10:30 PM, and asks tenants not to “walk loudly” in their own apartments. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Sell the house and move to jersey already. YOU SHOULD NOT BE A LANDLORD IN BROOKLYN!
