Renters approve of the building's owners
Very clean and quiet unit.
Landlord lives in the building. She complains about any noise or if you have a friend over. She also illegally attempted to evict me. I would stay away from this unit and landlord.
It is not a private house. When you rent out a unit, it no longer is your house.
