    Rend is stable and has not increased significantly over multiple years
    Cons:
    Construction grade finishes, truly no frills.
    Advice to owner:
    Have someone come clean the hallways / provide general maintenance on a regular basis

    Great location. Insides of the apartment are neat.
    Cons:
    Entrance is gross and garbage is mostly not taken care of. Buzzer doesn’t work
    Advice to owner:
    Get the front of the property cleaned and do something about the smell
