Everything was pretty good no complaints

Had problems with central heating for a little but but they fixed it right away

Everything is new, Great Appliances, Ample space

Cons

Neighbors in building treat it like a frat house having loud parties until late (past 3am), hallways often smells so strongly of pot, garbage situation out front is always a mess as the cans are too small and trash is just left in a pile, heavy front door squeaks and slams shaking the whole building

Fix the door, maintain garbage better, take noise complaints serious and have consequences for the loud ones on first floor
