noisiest neighbors i’ve ever dealt with. no windows. no heat. absolutely useless landlords and realtors. avoid at all cost

Great location, not so great apartment
Pros
Very close to multiple subway lines, the neighborhood, and proximity to other neighborhoods.
Cons
Illegal 3 bedroom (only two rooms had windows), the front door to the building didn't lock, the landlord was not responsive unless you were persistent, and the apartment was not painted and very dirty when we moved in.
