Overpriced for what it is
Pros
Very close to subway, washers and dryers in basement
Cons
Info for this building is out of date! It’s a very new build and in my opinion there’s are more cons than pros. Walls and doors are extremely thin, you will be able to hear your neighbors and roommates conversations. Washers are old style top loading and don’t do a great job washing clothes. The bathrooms are very small. Pests haven’t been an issue at all but I haven’t been here during the summer yet. Overall I would say the location is very convenient but the rent is too high for what you’re getting
