    Pros:
    Location, water pressure
    Cons:
    Having the landlord knock at your door each month to pay rent in cash is annoying. Building is poorly maintained, had rats/mice get in or my apartment through the basement. Mail constantly all over the floor.

    Fairly affordable considering.
    Cons:
    There are no buzzers and it can’t be that much of an ordeal to install
    Advice to owner:
    Install buzzers and lower the rent for the working folks!

    Pros:
    Somewhat cheaper Has a backyard but only accessible through basement
    Cons:
    Everything is run down, plumbing a disaster, hallway very unkempt and a lot of trash everywhere
    Advice to owner:
    Must keep at least a living condition
