Pay an ok price; each bedroom has good closet space, fits a queen bed, and has big windows. There's a small office space as well.
The living area is pretty small and has no windows so it can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The landlord used to be more responsive until he decided to try to get all the tenants out to gut-renovate the apartments.
