Reasonably priced 2 bedroom with office
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pay a pretty good price; each bedroom has good closet space, fits a queen bed, and has big windows. There's a small office space as well.
Cons:
The living area is pretty small and has no windows so it can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, friendly and responsive management.
Cons:
Could be more proactive about extermination… management was very responsive when I notified them about a cockroach issue, but I think preventative measures could have been taken
Noticed some a cigarette/weed smoke smell after there was some tenant changes. It sometimes seeps into my unit unfortunately and the smell is frequently present in the hallways, but I don’t know how to address the issue.

Great Building and Great Value.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is in great shape and apartments include balconies with some of the best views in Bushwick. Floors are excellent and so are kitchens and bathrooms. Management is excellent.
Cons:
Sometime a bit too energy efficient in Winter and heaters do not fully warm your apartment. They do however advise to clean filter once a month. Neighbors tend to be on the younger side and generally more interested in their phones than people. This may however be good if you want to remain anonymous.
Advice to owner:
Community bulletin board to help neighbors better connect.

Love is all we need
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway, nice space, good lighting, laundry, gym, rooftop has a nice view. Quieter than my old apt. I cannot hear my neighbors up or under me.
Cons:
The elevator is broken every other day. The gym has a few broken machines.
Advice to owner:
Have a super living in the building to help manage the elevator and cleaning. The building just need some love but overall is a great property

Loved My Time at 991!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer building on the block with incredible views of Manhattan from the shared rooftop. Appliances worked well. Close to all the necessities (M, J, L, grocery, coffee shop, bar, bodega, etc.) with tons of great eateries within walking distance. The BEST part about 991 though… is Dave. Top notch, genuine, and super responsive guy!
Cons:
Shared laundry machines had their fair share of issues. Loud neighbors across the street. Some dog owners would let their pups use the rooftop as their toilet.

👍 cool building and managers👍
Former Tenant
Pros:
parking, space, two entrances, great sunlight, great rooftop, managers and owners are very responsive and easy to deal with
Elevator breaks down often (but is fixed fast). Building insulation is poor, so that drives up energy bills in apartment.

Dave is as helpful as he claims
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very well located and the balconies are really nice. The management team is extremely helpful and responsive. There are quite a few people you can contact, each with a specific role.
Cons:
Like many of the new buildings in bushwick, this building is faux-nice. At first it seems pretty well built but upon closer inspection it’s as shoddy as the next. That being said, there was little if any pest problems, the place is overwhelmingly clean. Sometimes the elevator would be out for days on end.
Advice to owner:
Fix the elevator more promptly.

Great Experience!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a clean and quiet building with exactly what I needed. It is well built so I never heard a peep from my neighbors or anything from the street since I was in a high enough floor. The maintenance was very responsive and quick to fix any issues I brought up.
Cons:
The heating/cooling units were finicky and loud.
Advice to owner:
