Are the leaks inside the unit or located in the hallways? Would you say that this apartment is unlivable? Looking to move in but don’t want to move into a very bad living condition

Depends on apartment I guess, not sure witch unit you're referring to. In their defense, with new management at least they try fixing the leaks. But they could not solve our problem for two years, with thunderstorms we still get leaks. Definition of unlivable is quite vague in NY. I've seen crazy shit, this is not it. Its overpriced and undermaintained, but not unlivable.
