prepare for a very hot summer

Pros

the living space is nice it’s not far from the L train has a good amount of nice restaurants around

Cons

there is no windows in living area making it an oven in the summer. since you’re not able to have an ac unit it feels like you’re melting all the time. especially when cooking, it felt like hell. the rooms are very small and awkwardly shaped.
